Golf Course
Gros Morne Golf Course is located in Gros Mprne National Park on the Northern
Peninsula of Newfoundland and Labrador.
There are several ways of getting to Gros Morne Golf Course from other parts of
Canada:
1.
If you are traveling by air, you can get a flight to Deer Lake, NL. From
there, you can rent a vehicle and approximately 3 kms west of the Deer
Lake Airport, take the Viking trail (Route 430 North). After you travel north
for 20 kms, you will reach the southern boundary of Gros Morne National
Park. Continue driving North for approximately 75 kms and you will arrive
at Gros Morne Golf Course.

If you are traveling to Newfoundland and Labrador by vehicle, drive to
North Sydney, NS. At North Sydney, you can take a Marine Atlantic Ferry to
Port Aux Basques, NL. The ferry ride is approximately 6 hours. From Port
Aux Basques, travel East on the Trans-Canada until you arrive at Deer Lake.
From Port Aux Basques to Deer Lake, the distance is approximately 375
kms. From Deer Lake, take The Viking Trail North (Route 430 North). Gros
Morne Golf Course is approximately 110 kms north of Deer Lake.

From North Sydney, you could also take a Marine Atlantic ferry to Argentia,
NL. Argentia is on the Avalon Peninsula of Newfoundland and Labrador.
The ferry ride is 18 hours. From Argentia, travel North until you reach the
Trans Canada Highway. Take the Trans Canada East and continue on to
Deer Lake. Deer Lake is 460 kms from the Trans Canada intersection.
When you arrive in Deer Lake, take the Viking Trail North (Route 430).
Gros Morne Golf Course is approximately 110 kms north of Deer Lake.

You can also travel to Gros Morne Golf Course by traveling through
Labrador. The Labrador ferry leaves Blanc Sablon in Labrador and docks at
St. Barbe on the Northern Peninsula of Newfoundland and Labrador. From
St. Barbe, travel south on the Viking Trail (Route 430). St. Barbe is 200
kms from Gros Morne Golf Course.
